Cancellation Policy

When you schedule an appointment with us, we reserve that time exclusively for you, and we turn away other potential clients to honor that commitment. Unfortunately, we have experienced instances of clients not showing up for their appointments without any prior notice, which has a significant impact on our business and our ability to serve other clients.
To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our services, we have a cancellation policy in place. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least [specific notice period, e.g., 24 hours] notice.
